No journal! tee hee hee!

I've been here a lot less than normal over the past few months - life's been getting in the road of me being useful on here and I currently have over 4000 - yes, 4k deviations accumulated to look through... Unfortunately I have barely enough time to scratch myself of late, and must delete these without going through them, but I have seen the previews on some of these pics and I am astounded by the talent I see from the people I watch. You guys are awesome!

What have I been doing since Circa Nocturna (the last lot of photo's that I submitted was THAT long ago!?) Hmm - I've been doing A LOT! That's what!

I've photographed a few weddings, made a 3 tier wedding cake for a friend (I'd never made one before and I must say I was rather happy with the outcome!)I've made some more jewellery and I've done some more family portraits as well!

The next 6 months are busy, busy, busy! I'm travelling to Warrnambool at the end of the month for my dear friends Hen's Night and Wedding, then a few days later I'm off to Sydney and Newcastle, followed by a trip to Brisvegas in September followed very closely by a trip to Leeton in Southern NSW in the first week of October, followed by a few weddings in Sydney and Newcastle in November and the impending arrival of my beloved ~DustyMcg cousin's baby who we will become "Aunt" and "Uncle" to!

It's going to be a most busy few months, and I hope to be able to update you guys whilst I'm on the go! But if all else fails, check out my new blog - [link] which I am updating more regularly than anywhere else!!!!!

Some of you may have heard of the workshop events the wonderful *Halohid conjured up in an effort to help raise money for those affected by the bushfires.

The workshops are on this weekend starting on Saturday 21st March till the 22nd and will be beneficial to models and photographers alike

I personally can't afford it due to the never ending plethora of bills that seem to arrive in my mail box, however here is some more info for those of you interested!

Workshop 1 - Model Direction (for photographers)
21 March 9am - 12.30pm
Presented by Halohid, this workshop intends to share some tips with photographers on how to direct models!
Those involved have modeled many times, and will provide insight from the other side of the lens.
Models/etc provided, BYO camera!
Recommended Donation $50 or more

Workshop 2 - Model posing techniques (for models)
21 March 1.30pm - 5pm
Presented by Halohid, this workshop will share posing techniques, tips and tricks.
Well suited to new and semi-experienced models, Halohid brings all the benefits of theatre performance and training to this workshop.

Workshop 3 - Introductory Studio Lighting
22 March 9am - 4.30pm
Presented by Jeff from photograjph.com =photograjph, this workshop is aimed at photographers wanting
a practical opportunity to play with studio equipment and get tips and techniques for working in a studio.
Models/equipment/studio provided, BYO camera!
